As Solar Power International approaches, compa-
nies are gearing up for a busy conference season --
and the international meeting in Orlando, Florida
will be an appropriate kick-off.
SPI will welcome thousands of solar energy indus-
try professionals, from more than 100 countries,
and one in five attendees will come from outside
the United States. The conference will see more
than 900 exhibiting companies from all vertical
markets in the solar power spectrum.
It’s all in the numbers here. Solar power develop-
ment has become an indicator of the acceptance of
renewable energy worldwide. Countries around
the world are creating events just like SPI, to in-
form, educate, and create the knowledge base re-
quired to move renewable energy development
forward.
Which conferences will you be attending this fall?
Send us your feedback on SPI and thoughts on
other events coming up. GRO will present cover-
age of SPI and highlight companies attending in
the next issue, so contact us to share your story!
